User Management
User management is only visible to tenant administrators and allows them to create tenant users, assign Gendial platform roles, and manage available point budgets.
Tenant administrators can assign the following permissions to users:
Unified Use of Tenant Budget
Whether the user can directly use all available points of the current tenant.
Individual User Budget Allocation
When Unified Use of Tenant Budget is disabled, an individual budget can be set for the user. All points consumed by the intelligent agents they create will be deducted from this budget. When the available budget reaches 0, the intelligent agents created by the user will stop working and display the error message "Not enough credit".
User Roles
Administrators can assign the following roles to users:
- Tenant Administrator: The maximum available permission. Tenant administrators can manage all intelligent agents, knowledge bases, large language models, and users within the tenant.
- Agent Administrator: Can manage all intelligent agents within the tenant, including viewing, modifying, deleting, and customer service permissions.
- Knowledge Base Administrator: Can manage all knowledge bases within the tenant, including viewing, modifying, and deleting.
- Tenant Customer Service: Can take over real-time conversations for all intelligent agents within the tenant.
- Creator: Can create intelligent agents and knowledge bases.
- Publisher: Can publish intelligent agents.
- Regular User: The default role. All users with Gendial permissions within the tenant will have at least this role. This role can use the published intelligent agents within the tenant (unless the agent is published with specific authorization).
