User Group Management
Each user can create user groups to authorize intelligent agents and knowledge bases.
Name
The name of the user group.
Description
The description of the user group.
Visibility
There are two types of visibility for user groups:
- Public: The user group is publicly visible within the tenant, and all tenant users can grant authorization to this user group.
- Private: The user group is only visible to the creator.
Group Members
For privacy reasons, the complete user list cannot be browsed when adding users. Group members can only be added by fully entering the target user's login name, user ID, or student/employee number. If you don’t know this information, you can contact the other person to get it or reach out to the tenant administrator.
