API Usage Data

The API Usage Data page monitors the invocation of aggregate models and client API Keys, helping administrators understand model usage trends and resource consumption.

Overview

The API Usage Data entry is located in the API Usage page under admin mode. This page provides usage statistics from two dimensions:

• Aggregate Models: Usage statistics by aggregate model
• Client API Key Usage: Usage statistics by client

Note: Only tenant administrators in admin mode can view this page.

Usage Metrics

Each statistical dimension includes the following metrics:

• Name: Aggregate model name or client name
• Sessions: Total conversation sessions during the selected period
• Unique IPs: Number of distinct IP addresses during the selected period
• Tokens Consumed: Total tokens consumed during the selected period
• Credits Consumed: Credits (or cost) consumed during the selected period

For tenants with multiple models, the table automatically aggregates totals across all rows at the bottom.

Time Range Filtering

A date range picker at the top of the page allows filtering data by specific time periods. The default view shows the last 7 days. Data refreshes automatically when a new time range is selected.
